1. About Weindic

Weindic Private Limited ("Weindic", "we", "us") provides IT services including website development, mobile applications, custom software, CRM solutions, digital marketing, SEO, and IT consulting across Delhi NCR and PAN India. Our registered address is Weindic Private Limited, B1/A5, Block E, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Badarpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110044.

2. Services & proposals

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before work begins. Any change in scope may require a revised quote and timeline. We will communicate material changes before proceeding.

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, projects follow milestone-based payments. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause ongoing work until accounts are settled.

Refund and cancellation terms for specific engagements are outlined in your project agreement. General inquiries can be sent to contact@weindic.com.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work product deliverables as defined in the project agreement, including source code where applicable. Weindic retains the right to reuse general know-how, frameworks, and non-proprietary components. Third-party licenses, plugins, and stock assets remain subject to their respective terms.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, content, and feedback on time
• Supply necessary access, credentials, and approvals
• Ensure supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights
• Review deliverables and report issues within the agreed review period

6. Warranties & limitations

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a project agreement, services are provided "as is" after delivery and acceptance. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, unless a higher limit is agreed in writing.

7. Support & maintenance

Post-launch support, bug fixes, and maintenance are available under separate support plans unless included in your proposal. Response times and coverage depend on the support package selected.

8. Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for commercial reuse without permission, or submit false information through our contact forms. We may update or suspend the website at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
